cotinus dusky maiden © 2013A large bushy shrub with reddish purple leaves that turn orange-red in autumn. Delightful pink feathery flowers during summer.

cotinus coggygeria nordine © 2013Considered the hardiest cultivar of this speciesm and a great colour accent choice. ‘Nordine’ holds its purple foliage colour throughout the summer before turning yellow in autumn. Its flowers create a fuzzy, reddish appearance over summer.

The Flame Smoke Tree is a delightful shrub producing clusters of pink flowers in summer. The name is derived from its autumn foliage colours of bronze, yellow and orange.

Cotinus coggygria Young LadyYoung Lady is a compact low growing shrub or small tree, that reaching 2 metre tall and a spead of 2 metre. Young Lady has a cream to pinkish flowers that bloom in spring and summer. The flowers claster and cover the whole plant, creating that look of smoke plume, and gives a light and airy feel to ones garden. The foilage is green in summer and orange and reds in autumn. Full-Sun to Part-Shade.

Cotinus obovatusKnown as the American Smoketree, a small rounded shrub that gets its name from the billowy hairs attached to the elongated stalks on the flower clusters. The tree looks like it is covered with hazy smoke-like puffs.

cotoneaster dammeriDammeri is a prostrate evergreen shrub spreading to 2-2.5metres, small rounded clusted leaves make up a thick carpet on the ground, perfect for that weedy spot in the garden that you cant get to. In early spring white and or pink flowers come out in a cluster, followed by some red berrys. Full-Sun to Part-shade.
