Cornus contraversa Variegata Wedding Cake Tree, Cornus contraversa variegata, a Deciduous small tree, classically layered branching with cream and green variegation. South facing position for cool climates.

cornus floridaKnown as the flowering dogwood. A beautiful white flowering cornus growing to 4 metres and in some places growing to 9 metres. In late spring and early summer a coveing of white flower covers the tree.

Origin: Eastern North America

A spectacular display when in full bloom with its large bracts of reddish-pink colour. Bracts open to clusters of small green flowers. Grows to 5-10m.

Cornus kousa SatomiA stunning garden plant with masses of rich pink flower bracts. In hot summers large red/yellow fruits are produced. Bright green leaves, turning red and orange in autumn. Named after the granddaughter of a Japanese nurseryman.

Cornus kousa Weavers WeepingWeavers Weeping is a deciduous weeping white flowering form of dogwood. In spring it get masses of flowers down the weeping branches. Growing between 4-6metres, Full-Sun and kept in a sheltered spot from the hot winds. 

cornus kousa wolf eyes © 2013A native of China with great variegated leaves. It takes credit for a stunning white floral show which is created by the bracts rather than the actual flowers. Raspberry-like berries appear after flowering. Older trees often develop mottled bark.
