Enjoy the clove-like fragrance from this beauty. Papery cinnamon coloured bark which has been used in Japan for the production of banknotes. Very flexible young stems which can literally be tied in knots. Best loved for its yellow, fragrant tubular flowers which are covered in silky white hairs.

Edgeworthia genus shares key characteristics of papery bark, and fragrant flowers and handsome foliage. 'Red Dragon' is a rounded bushy , but open growing shrub. It has masses of vibrant red to orange nodding flowers , which are covered in silky white hairs which make the plant appear frosty when in bud.
